At Mana Univers, we place great importance on the quality of our products and customer satisfaction.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the regulations applicable to distance selling, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.

Return Conditions
Returned items must be in a condition that allows them to be resold. They must not have been worn or used beyond what is necessary to try them on and check their nature, characteristics and size.
Where possible, items should be returned with their tags and original packaging.
The customer may be held responsible for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the product.

Return Shipping Costs
When exercising the right of withdrawal, the direct cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer.
However, if a product is defective, damaged or does not match the order, the customer will not be responsible for the associated return costs.
Defective or Damaged Products and Order Errors
Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If an item is defective, damaged or does not match the product ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@mana-univers.com, providing your order number and, where possible, photographs showing the issue.
We will review the situation and provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable regulations, certain products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal, including items made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised items.

Sale or discounted items remain subject to the right of withdrawal where legally applicable.
Exchanges
If you would like a different size or a different item, please contact us at contact@mana-univers.com.
Unless otherwise agreed with Mana Univers, the simplest option is to return the relevant item in accordance with the conditions above and then place a new order.
Refunds
If you validly exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the amounts due, including the initial delivery costs within the limits provided by applicable regulations, no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or until you provide proof that the product has been sent back, whichever occurs first.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree to another method.

Returns sent without prior notice may result in additional processing delays.
