1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale define the rights and obligations applicable to all orders placed on the Mana Univers website.
Any order placed on the website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Mana Univers offers clothing and items related to combat sports, including textile products, made-to-order products, in-stock products and pre-order products.
The main characteristics of the products are presented on each product page, including the description, images, sizes, colours, composition where available, price and any specific applicable conditions.
Product photographs are intended to be as accurate as possible but may differ slightly from the actual product, particularly due to lighting, screen settings or colour rendering.
4. Made-to-Order Products
Certain products available on the website are made to order after the order has been confirmed.
This production method helps reduce overproduction by producing items only when an order is placed.
If a product or variant becomes unavailable from the supplier, Mana Univers reserves the right to cancel the relevant order and issue a full refund.

Mana Univers benefits from the French VAT exemption scheme.

Shipping costs are displayed before the order is confirmed.

The customer selects the desired products, adds them to the shopping cart, provides the required shipping information and proceeds with payment.
Before final confirmation, the customer can review the details of the order and its total price and correct any errors.
The order is considered final once payment has been confirmed.
Mana Univers reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of an existing dispute with the customer, suspected fraud, an obvious pricing error or inability to supply the ordered product.
7. Payment
Payment is made online using the payment methods available on the website, including bank card, Shopify Payments, PayPal or any other payment method enabled at the time of ordering.
Payment is due immediately when the order is placed.
Transactions are secured by the payment service providers used by Shopify.
Mana Univers does not store customers’ bank details.
8. Pre-Orders
Certain products may be offered for pre-order.
When a product is offered for pre-order, the specific conditions applicable to it are stated on the product page, including:
- the pre-order period, where applicable;
- the conditions for starting production;
- the estimated shipping or delivery time;
- any other specific conditions applicable to the product concerned.
Payment is made in full at the time the order is placed, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
The estimated timeframes given for pre-order products are indicative and may be extended due to circumstances beyond Mana Univers’ control, including manufacturing delays, transportation delays, customs clearance, force majeure or logistical difficulties.
Where a pre-order is subject to a minimum number of orders being reached before production can begin, this condition will be stated on the product page.
If the minimum quantity is not reached, Mana Univers may either proceed with production or cancel the relevant pre-order and issue a full refund of the amounts paid. The customer will be informed of the decision as soon as possible.
9. Shipping
Available shipping destinations vary depending on the products offered by Mana Univers.
Products shipped directly by Mana Univers are delivered to the destinations available and displayed at checkout.
Certain products manufactured and shipped by our production partner may be delivered to Metropolitan France, the European Union and French Polynesia.
Available shipping methods, applicable costs and estimated delivery times are displayed to the customer at checkout before payment is confirmed.
For made-to-order products, delivery times may include both production time and shipping time.
Any applicable free-shipping conditions are displayed at checkout.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the shipping information provided when placing the order is accurate. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, the customer may be charged for the cost of reshipping the order.
Orders shipped to certain territories, particularly French Polynesia, may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or processing fees. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
10. Receipt of the Order
The customer should check the condition of the parcel and products upon receipt.

11. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the regulations applicable to distance selling, consumer customers have 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason, where this right applies.

Returned items must be in a condition that allows them to be resold. They must not have been worn or used beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and size.
Where possible, items should be returned with their tags and original packaging.
The direct cost of returning the items is the responsibility of the customer, except in particular where a product is defective, damaged or does not match the order.
Certain products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal in the circumstances provided for by applicable regulations, including products made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised items.

12. Returns and Refunds

If the right of withdrawal is validly exercised, Mana Univers will refund the amounts due, including the initial delivery costs within the limits provided by applicable regulations, no later than 14 days from the date on which Mana Univers is informed of the customer’s decision to withdraw.
Mana Univers may, however, withhold the refund until the product has been received or until proof that the product has been sent back has been provided, whichever occurs first.

In the event of an incorrect size or exchange request, the customer should contact Mana Univers so that an appropriate solution can be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Products sold on the website benefit from the applicable statutory guarantees, including the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects.
